保険取引
保険取引とは、保険会社が保険商品（または保険サービス）を顧客（一般消費者）に販売するという見方をした場合に、保険会社と消費者（顧客）との間に保険取引が行われたとみなし、その関係を保険取引と言いあらわします。
つまり通常の保険の加入はほとんどがこの保険取引に分類されます。
ただし、国民健康保険など社会保険はこの分類には入りません。
